PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
I focus my practice on commercial litigation and arbitration, including breach of contract, real estate, partnership, Deceptive Trade Practices Act, fraud, securities, and employment disputes. I have tried many jury, nonjury, and arbitration cases in both first and second chair roles, including trials and arbitrations with eight and nine figure damages being requested. I have also litigated licensing matters before administrative agencies. Specific areas of experience include:
Construction disputes involving mechanics' liens and many different aspects of performance of construction contracts.
Securities disputes involving claims of fraud and regulatory actions for injunctions and license revocation.
Real estate disputes regarding purchase, sale, commissions, landlord-tenant relations, condemnation, and title.
